The photos and written content on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by Riverside Tours' Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local, state, and federal laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Up to 48 Hours prior to your scheduled cruise, you will be given a full refund or an option to rebook for another time.  For any cancellations after the 48-hour deadline of your scheduled cruise, you will not receive a refund but will be given the option to rebook for another time. No-shows will be charged full price.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues. If your tour is canceled, you will be given a rain check to re-book at another time (this excludes behavioral, along with alcohol-related cancellations).

Riverside Tours has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Riverside Tours of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

In no event shall Riverside Tours or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Riverside Tours’ website, even if Riverside Tours or a Riverside Tours authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
